Meat Broth Extraction and Concentration Process Line

When approached to assist with removal of off flavours from meat broth solutions, Flavourtech assisted by designing and manufacturing a process line where generation of undesirable aroma was avoided. The resulting automated process line consisted of bone milling, extraction and concentration modules.


The benefits included:

  • Shorter extraction time
  • Increased product quality and consistency
  • Higher concentration of meat broth extract
  • Reduced labour and energy costs
  • Smaller footprint
