Torres winery is a familiar enterprise founded in 1870, in Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain. Nowadays, Torres produces its wines from different cellars located in Spain (Appellation of Origin Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Conca de Barberà, Priorat, Penedès and Cataluña), Chile (Curicó and Central Valley) and USA (Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast).
The main constants throughout the history of Torres have been the creation and maintenance of the image of the company as quality wine-makers and brandy-makers, the promotion of the “culture of wine”, R+D, and the conservation of the environment. Our last new product is NATUREO, a dealcoholized beverage (0,5% vol.) from muscat variety. The dealcoholization has been made through the Spinning Cone Column technology. The result is a pale yellow color, very clean and sharp. Rich and fresh floral aromas of green apples, peaches and citrics. Fresh and bright on the palate.

Café Outspan is a subsidiary of Olam International who is one of the major trading houses for coffee and the largest shipper of Robusta coffee in the world. The soluble coffee manufacturing facility operated by Café Outspan in Long An Province is Olam’s first instant coffee facility and produces bulk spray-dried coffee powder, freeze-dried coffee granules and coffee extracts for the unbranded and private label segment.
Café Outspan has installed FT Technologies’ Spinning Cone Column technology for recovery of aroma from their coffee extracts. This technology enables Café Outspan to maximise capture and retention of desirable coffee aroma for inclusion in their soluble products. Moreover, as product is exported to Europe and other countries in Asia, the Spinning Cone Column will facilitate control of aroma profile such that soluble coffees may be made to match specific consumer taste requirements in each of the destination countries.
