  Shenzhen Shenbao Huacheng Foods Co., Ltd. is the largest base of tea deep processing and plant extracting in China. As a leading tea and herb processor in China, Shenbao Huacheng is producing a range of tea products for use domestically and abroad with an annual output of 3,000 tons of instant tea powder and 10,000 tons of concentrated tea juice. The technologies adopted by Shenbao Huacheng have ensured that product quality is consistently high and established a reputation of advanced quality and technology. Shenbao Huacheng uses the Spinning Cone Column as an integral part of their extraction process. The SCC processes tea slurry to extract high quality, natural tea essences for addition to existing products or for separate sale.

Super Coffeemix Manufacturing Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of instant beverages and popular convenience food products headquartered in Singapore. Super Food Specialists (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Super Coffeemix Manufacturing Ltd, uses Spinning Cone Column (SCC) technology for aroma recovery in the manufacture of soluble coffee. The SCC provides Super Food Specialists ( M ) Sdn Bhd with an unprecedented degree of control over the aroma profile of their final product thus enabling production of improved quality coffee which can be tailored to target regional tastes.

Casella Wines

 

Casella Wines is one of the largest wineries in Australia and is located in the village of Yenda in the Riverina region of South Eastern Australia approximately 600km west of Sydney. Casella Wines has had unprecedented success both in Australia and overseas with its hugely popular brand [yellow tail]® and has exported over 21 million cases since 1998. Torres winery is a familiar enterprise founded in 1870, in Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain. Nowadays, Torres produces its wines from different cellars located in Spain (Appellation of Origin Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Conca de Barberà, Priorat, Penedès and Cataluña), Chile (Curicó and Central Valley) and USA (Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast).

The main constants throughout the history of  Torres have been the creation and maintenance of the image of the company as quality wine-makers and brandy-makers, the promotion of the “culture of wine”,  R+D, and the conservation of the environment. In the January 2009 issue of the British magazine Drinks Business, Torres appears at number 17 (number 1 of the sector) on their TOP 50 GREEN LIST, where companies from all over the world are ranked according to their contribution and compromise towards preserving the environment.

Our last new product is NATUREO, a dealcoholized beverage (0,5% vol.) from muscat variety. The dealcoholization has been made through the Spinning Cone Column technology. The result is a pale yellow color, very clean and sharp. Rich and fresh floral aromas of green apples, peaches and citrics. Fresh and bright on the palate.

Café Outspan Vietnam – Olam International

 

Café Outspan is a subsidiary of Olam International who is one of the major trading houses for coffee and the largest shipper of Robusta coffee in the world. The soluble coffee manufacturing facility operated by Café Outspan in Long An Province is Olam’s first instant coffee facility and produces bulk spray-dried coffee powder, freeze-dried coffee granules and coffee extracts for the unbranded and private label segment.

Café Outspan has installed FT Technologies’ Spinning Cone Column technology for recovery of aroma from their coffee extracts. This technology enables Café Outspan to maximise capture and retention of desirable coffee aroma for inclusion in their soluble products. Moreover, as product is exported to Europe and other countries in Asia, the Spinning Cone Column will facilitate control of aroma profile such that soluble coffees may be made to match specific consumer taste requirements in each of the destination countries.
